◆ Fold&Roll

Privacy Policy for Fold&Roll

Effective date: October 14, 2026

Fold&Roll is a tabletop role-playing game companion app for iPhone and iPad, developed by Kevin Killian ("we", "us"). This policy is short because the app is built to keep your data with you.

The short version

Fold&Roll has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no servers of ours. We do not collect, receive, sell, or share your personal information. Almost everything the app does happens on your device.

What the app stores, and where

The Discord log (optional)

If you — and only if you — paste a Discord webhook URL into a campaign's settings and turn the Discord log on, the app sends your table's session log (feed lines, dice rolls, and Table-channel chat) directly from the host device to your own Discord channel, using the webhook you provided. The webhook URL is stored only on your device and is never included in syncs or campaign exports. We never see your log, your webhook URL, or your Discord account. Discord's handling of messages posted to your channel is covered by Discord's own privacy policy.

Purchases

Fold&Roll+ is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see or store your payment details. Apple provides us only the fact that the purchase is active (so the app can unlock), not who you are.

Things the app never does

Children

Fold&Roll is a tool for tabletop gaming groups and is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Exports and sharing

The app lets you export characters and campaigns as files and share them (for example by AirDrop or Messages). That happens only when you tap Share, and the file goes exactly where you send it.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Fold&Roll changes how data works, this page will be updated and the effective date revised before the change ships.
